Therapeutic Yoga and Mindfulness Practices - If you have injury, pain or inflexibility, you may find it difficult to participate in a regular yoga class. Therapeutic yoga and mindfulness practices are adaptable to meet the needs of individuals. I am skillful in teaching yoga poses and mindfulness techniques that you can practice at home to find relief from pain, peace of mind and greater flexibility. I am a certified Embody Yoga teacher (500 hour level) with over 5 years training as a yoga teacher. I also completed the Duke University Mindfulness Meditation Program through the Center for Integrative Medicine. I have been teaching therapeutic yoga and mindfulness practices for over 7 years to individuals and groups.
